Zul Rafique & Partners (ZRp), established in December 1999 by the esteemed Dato’ Zulkifly Rafique, stands as a prominent Kuala Lumpur-based law firm. Zul Rafique & Partners (“ZRp” or “the Firm”) subscribes to Anti-Corruption Principles for Corporations in Malaysia and is committed towards eradicating corruption in business and community interactions. On our part, this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (the “Policy”) aims to affirm the Firm’s stance on anti-corruption and is implemented as part of ZRp’s internal procedures to support corruption prevention. We will extend reciprocity in complying with our business partners’ anti-corruption policies in order that we can all move towards eradicating corruption.
